Flihan's Price Match Guarantee

Flihan's will match the product price of identical materials sold by a Local Competitor*.

 

At the time of sale, Flihan's will match the price on a flooring product (same style & color) from a quote from another competitor. The quote must be on the other company’s letterhead or similar document that is an official quote. The competitive quote must be presented to a representative of Flihan's to verify the product and price to be matched.

 

Limitations and exclusions: 

 

*Local Competitor: A retail store that is licensed and located in the Four Corners area that sells first quality flooring. Quotes from out of Four Corners area or foreign flooring dealers are exempt from this offer.

 

Internet: Flooring materials from the internet are not included, even if the company is locally based. Flooring products sold on the internet are almost always “second quality goods”, so Flihan's will not match internet quotes because we do not deal in second quality merchandise.

 

Shipping/Freight: Shipping/freight costs and free shipping offers are exempt from price matching. 

 

Labor: Labor costs and combination specials that include labor plus materials as a package deal will not be matched. Only the flooring materials part of an order can be price matched.

 

Other Limitations: Limit to one product (style & color must be the same) per order, per customer. All price matches are subject to the final consideration and approval of Management.
